About me

I’m Xeniya, a qualified naturopath holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy).

Beyond my formal qualifications, I have completed additional industry training in gut health, vaginal health, autoimmune conditions, and hormonal health. This allows me to support complex and interconnected health concerns with a deeper, more integrative understanding.

Growing up in a health-conscious family sparked my early interest in wellbeing. I was the kid who gave up sugar in my tea at eight years old. But what truly drives my work goes far deeper than childhood habits.

I'm passionate about what I do because I believe you deserve better. So many of us are struggling with our health, not because we're failing, but because the world around us isn't set up for our success. Our modern environment, from the food systems to chronic stress to the conventional healthcare model, pulls us further away from what our bodies actually need to thrive.

What lights me up is helping you reclaim your power. Real, lasting health comes from understanding your body, knowing what it needs, and having the tools to make choices that actually serve you. I want to educate, empower, and help you reclaim the vitality that's rightfully yours so you can live fully, age gracefully, and enjoy decades of energy and independence. That's my dream for myself, and it's what I want to make possible for you.

My approach to health

I believe the body communicates with us through symptoms. My role is to help you understand why they’re there and what your body truly needs.

My approach follows four core principles:

  • Identify the root cause of your symptoms

  • Remove obstacles to health that may be preventing healing

  • Support the body’s innate healing capacity through targeted

    nutrition, lifestyle, and evidence-based interventions

  • Restore optimal function of affected organs and systems

I utilise the following therapeutic tools

Food provides nutrients in the form our bodies have evolved to recognise and utilise over the past 300,000 years. Whole foods also contain thousands of naturally occurring compounds that work together in ways supplements can never fully replicate, which is why real food should always remain the foundation of nutrition.

I avoid restrictive dieting whenever possible. Over-restriction often creates more harm than good, both metabolically and psychologically. Instead, I focus on small, achievable changes that deliver the greatest impact with the least disruption. I rarely recommend removing an entire food group unless there is a clear medical reason, such as coeliac disease.

In some cases, targeted functional pathology testing can help clarify what may be driving persistent symptoms. These investigations can explore areas such as heavy metal toxicity, metabolic function, nutrient status, gut health, or hormone patterns. They are used selectively to guide more precise and individualised clinical decisions.

There are times when the body needs more than food alone can provide, whether due to a specific deficiency, increased physiological demand, or a condition that impairs absorption. In these cases, targeted supplementation becomes a valuable clinical tool. I prescribe nutrients with precision, choosing the right form, dose, and duration based on individual need rather than generalised recommendations. Where possible, I prioritise food-derived or naturally sourced products over laboratory-isolated compounds. Quality matters. Not all supplements are created equal, and what the body can absorb and utilise matters more than what is on a label. The goal is targeted support, not indefinite reliance.

Understanding your body is a powerful part of the process. I prioritise explaining the mechanisms behind symptoms and the reasoning behind recommendations, so you feel informed, engaged, and equipped to make confident decisions about your health. When you understand the why, you are far better placed to sustain meaningful, lasting change.

Herbal medicine is one of the most powerful tools I use. When prescribed correctly, plants can influence physiology in ways that are both broad and precise, strengthening body systems, supporting organ function, and shifting biochemistry gently but powerfully.

What makes herbal medicine unique is its complexity. Plants contain hundreds of active compounds that work together, allowing change without the side-effect burden often seen with single-compound drugs. This kind of intelligent chemistry is still underused in modern healthcare, not because it lacks value, but because it cannot be patented or monetised in the same way as single-molecule drugs.

Lifestyle is a foundational part of my work. Health does not exist in isolation from stress, sleep, movement, relationships, or daily rhythms. I focus on realistic, sustainable adjustments that support nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, immune resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Small changes, applied consistently, create the most profound change.

My Services

Free Discovery Call

This free 15-minute discovery call is your chance to connect personally, share your key health goals and concerns, and see if we’re the right fit for each other. We’ll explore how I can best support your unique wellness journey and clarify any questions you have about consultations, packages, or next steps.

Consultations

I offer a comprehensive initial consultation (75–90 minutes) to understand your health history, symptoms, and goals, followed by more focused follow‑ups (30–45 minutes) to track progress and adjust your plan — available online or in person at my St Leonards clinic (highly recommend)

Packages

Save up to 20% by bundling consultations upfront for better value and long-term support. Options include Initial + 1 follow-up, Initial + 2 follow-ups, or 3 follow-ups. Bundling gives you the structure to stay on track, the motivation to keep going, and genuine savings that make investing in your health easier. It's a win-win.

Functional testing

Functional testing is available to book directly through the website if you want deeper insight into areas like gut microbiome, hormones, metabolic function, and nutrient status, especially when symptoms are persistent, unclear, or not shifting with the basics.

All functional tests include a one-on-one 1 hour consultation where I walk you through your results in detail, explain what they mean, and outline clear next steps based on your individual needs and goals.

Weight loss program

This program focuses on the biology behind weight gain by addressing the drivers that commonly disrupt metabolic function — including appetite, blood-sugar regulation, stress physiology, sleep, gut function, and hormone signalling. Rather than pushing harder on restriction, we work on restoring the balance your body needs to regulate weight more effectively and sustainably.errgergergerg

Preconception program

Fertility Foundations is a 6-month program designed to get the basics right before you try to conceive. We focus on correcting key nutrient deficiencies, building a fertility-supportive diet around the nutrients most critical for early fetal development, and strengthening the nervous system and stress physiology so your body has the internal conditions that support conception and a healthy pregnancy.
